Located at the intersection of the majlis and living area, the dining room stretches along a luxurious marble floor. A soft yet striking chandelier anchors the room, while natural wood wall cladding reflects light and adds a warm visual rhythm.

Staircase Area:

The staircase continues upward in a smooth curve, revealing a cozy built-in seating nook overlooking the ground floor. This element enhances the connection between floors and provides a quiet spot for reading or reflection .

Children’s Playroom :

A vibrant, energetic space with playful wall colors, cushioned flooring, and flexible storage units. Designed for safety, fun, and adaptability across age groups.

In this project, Luxury Code chose to tell a complete living story, where elegance meets function, and every detail becomes an expressive language for a contemporary and unique lifestyle. Through natural materials, light distribution, and the detailing of every corner, a villa was presented that expresses quiet luxury and embodies the true meaning of refined design.
